Pressures on the Earth

Today after maths Miss Kay told Jamie to hand out a balloon to everyone and then she told us to blow it up to a reasonable size. We all then had to pretend that the balloon was the earth. She then asked us a some questions on being environmentally friendly. If we answered the question the environmentaly friendly way we were allowed to let some air out of our balloon, therefore letting some pressure off of our earth. But if we answered incorrectly then we had to blow another breath into the balloon, which gave the balloon more pressure.
