On Wednesday the 29th of October we learnt about economics and how everyone has unlimited wants but there are only limited amounts of resources in the world. We then had to do a videonotes where we write down some notes while we are watching a video. Then we had to write and say simplified definition of economics in any way we like. Amanda, Rida and I created a Pic Collage and then inserted it into a Show Me. Here is a screenshot of my videonotes and our Show Me/Pic Collage.

Electronics Finished Project
We have one more session of electronics technology for this cycle and today we have all nearly or have finished our emergency lights. Most of this session we have been using the soldering irons to solder our wires together so that our LED's light to create our emergency light.

Reading: Newspapers
During reading we have been learning all about newspapers how they were made and the sorts of jobs that are included in a newspaper. We also have been learning about the different sort of articles and pictures you can find in a newspaper like infographics, 3 different types of photo captions and comics. For one of our tasks we had to create a comic to entertain people. The topic for my comic is overprotective parents and how they react to every little thing (even if it might not hurt for that long). Here is my comic!

She then asked us a some questions on being environmentally friendly. If we answered the question the environmentaly friendly way we were allowed to let some air out of our balloon, therefore letting some pressure off of our earth. But if we answered incorrectly then we had to blow another breath into the balloon, which gave the balloon more pressure. I found out that my actions take some pressure off of the Earth. One of the questions were...
